Established in 1946, Agence Citadelle is Haiti's oldest and largest Travel Agency and Sightseeing Operator and the first offering Interactive Travel Services on the web.

Agence Citadelle is an active member of IATA (appointed 1951), ASTA (1963) and COTAL. Since 1962, Agence Citadelle’s Receptive Operation operates as a full member of American Sightseeing International. In 1978 Agence Citadelle was offered the  American Express Representation in Haiti and since January  2000 became a licensed Franchisee of American Express Travel Service  Network International.

Current local affiliations are: Haitian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIH), Haitian American Chamber of Commerce (Hamcham), French Haitian Chamber of Commerce (CCFH), Haitian Association of Travel Agencies (ASHAV) , Haiti Tourist Association (ATH) , among others.
